Pacific Grove triathlon パシフィックグローブ トライアスロン（9/13/08)

地元、パシフィックグローブでトライアスロンのレースがありました。教会の高校生のグループでそのレースでボランティアをするという事で、ジョンと私も朝早起きしてレースのお手伝いに行ってきました。この辺の海の水はとても冷たいのに、この海で泳いで、自転車でレースをして走ってゴールというトライアスロン。私たちは飲み物をランナーに渡すのが仕事でした。一緒にミニストリーができてとても楽しかったです。

We got to help Triathlon race last month in Pacific Grove, where we live now. Our youth group was helping the race, so John and I got up early morning to help the event as well.(by the way, the ocean is freezing cold here and I have no idea why people want to do this in PG.) We gave drinks to the runners and it was a neat experience. I (Keiko) helps youth group and John helps Sunday school for 2-5th graders, so when we get to serve together, it is a fun opportunity!
