Wray Garden: Wray家の家庭菜園

John made me a wonderful garden box this year and they are growing!  We even got some harvests already and enjoying this! :)

ジョンが家庭菜園が出来る様にガーデンボックスを作ってくれました。今年は色々出来そうです！

４月中旬（４月上旬に種を蒔きました）
Beg. of April we planted some seeds. I think this was taken in middle of April.

ハーブガーデンもあります。Little herb garden on our deck. :)

５月上旬: Beg. of May

First harvest: Hatsuka daikon radish　

第一回目の収穫：二十日大根（白姫大根）

And they became like these...

そしてこんな風になりました。葉っぱも調理して、大根は浅漬け

and second harvest: May 18th, 2010 Butter lettuce and Arugula

二回目の収穫は5/18　バターレタスとアルグラ（ルッコラ）

I can't wait to harvest more! We have planted, hybrid mini tomatoes, Japanese cucumbers, Japanese egg plants, peas, Shiso leaves, lots of green onions, daikon radish, Eadamame (Soy Beans), Cilantro, Sweet Basil, Arugula, Okayama lettuce, Romaine lettuce etc....

他にもいっぱい植えました。日本のなすび、キュウリ、桃太郎プチトマト、枝豆、二十日大根、ネギ、長ネギ、バジル、岡山レタス、香草、青じそなどなど。

これからの収穫が楽しみです！
